Hey Everyone, I'm Melanie aka Fashionable Tigress and welcome to my blog Tigress' Wonderful Wardrobes. I want to start out by telling you a little about myself and why I started this blog. All my life I've had a passion for fashion and in the last several years I've become somewhat of a shopoholic. I used to post all my new outfit pics to my facebook page only most of my friends on there aren't into fashion so I started getting deleted by people and inboxes asking to please stop posting pics of my clothes. This didn't deter me in the least! I'm really stubborn so I kept right on posting what I wanted. Finally someome asked me why I was doing it?! The answer was simple...I love sharing my fashion finds with all my friends and anyone else who loves fashion but might not know where to find the cutest stuff and the best deals. They were shocked! This whole time my friends thought I was being vane and conceited. HaHa...I have insecurities just like everyone else but I choose to rise above mine and help people find the best fashion deals out there! Finally someone suggested that I start a blog. What's a blog?! I had never heard of a blog but as soon as it was explained to me I was beyond excited. I could actually reach people that would care what I had to say and appreciate the fashion. So how did I come up with the name?...

I'm always being asked why I call myself fashionable tigress. It's simple...my boyfriend gave me the nickname Tigress shortly after we started dating and he said I'm super fashionable so my name was born. I decided not to write under my real name because I think it's way more fun to write as an alias ;) I originally called my blog Wonderful Wardrobes but soon after discovered that name was taken...sorry to the person who created that blog I had no idea...so I added my name to the beginning and Tigress' Wonderful Wardrobes was born. So what is Melanie aka Tigress like in real life?

I live in a small town just north of Houston and I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love living in a small town because it's way less crowded and relaxed. The downside of where I live is I'm having a hard time getting good home internet and I have to drive 40 minutes to the nearest mall, 20 minutes to the nearest Walmart, and the nearest gas station is 10 minutes away. So, when I say on the blog that I'm going shopping it ends up being a day long event. I live in this small town with my amazing boyfriend, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. I'm a big time animal lover...I don't like to call them animals actually, they are fur babies. Being from a small town has made me also have a passion for travel and I plan to go everwhere as soon as I have the funds to do so. I'm even planning to start a blog about my travels when that day comes so be looking for it...it's going to be awesome!
