Blue And White Printed Dress

Happy hump day everyone 🐪 It's Wednesday and that means this week is halfway over. I'm actually on a mini vacation starting tomorrow so I don't have to return to work until Monday night. Four days off...woohoo 😃 I've got a lot planned for this weekend so I'm ready to get this night over with and get to it. Before I get to all that I'd like to share with you an awesome dress I found a few weeks ago that I think would be a great addition to your wardrobe. If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram you saw the sneak peek of this outfit Saturday and yesterday so it's time to reveal all the details🤗...

I found this amazing printed dress while shopping at Burke's Outlet a few weeks ago and I knew I had to have it. I don't usually gravitate towards anything white because I look better in ivory but with the blue pattern the dress actually looked really great on. The skater style of the dress is extremely flattering on all body types and the material has a bit of stretch to it which makes for an awesome fit. 👗  The tank style sleeves and the blue and white colors make this dress perfect for summer when paired with some cute sandals or wedges. The print on the dress is really unique and beautiful and I'm extremely happy I ended up bringing this beauty home especially with a price tag of less than $20! This dress is not available online so I've linked a few similar dresses below that are just as awesome. If you want this particular dress head to your nearest Burke's Outlet and you may still find one there 🙄 So how did I style this gorgeous dress?...

I wanted to stick with the dressy theme along with making it the perfect summer outfit so I paired this dress with a cute pair of white studded wedges. I absolutely love these wedges 😍I got these cuties from JustFab a few years back and I've never once been disappointed with my purchase. JustFab is a great place to shop. They have a wide variety of shoes and most of them only cost $40. They also constantly run sales so be sure to sign up for their VIP program to get the best deals possible along with free shipping. These particular wedges are no longer available but I'll link a couple of similar pairs below. For a more casual look you can wear sandals or ballet flats instead of wedges or you can dress it up even more with a killer pair of heels. This is the perfect outfit for a date night with your sweetie. To recreate my look:

Isn't this dress super adorable? And what about my awesome wedges 😉 Did you like how I styled this dress? What would you do differently? Sandals, ballet flats, wedges, or heels? I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions so leave me a comment and let me know what you think. I hope you enjoy the rest of your hump day and happy shopping 💲💳

Must Have Shoes Of The Week

Hey everyone 😆 It's Monday and that means it's time to get this work week started. How was your weekend? Mine was pretty awesome and very productive but it felt like it ended much too soon. That's okay...I only have three more days of work this week then I'm off for a four day weekend!! I can't wait to have all that time off. Hopefully I can get some stuff done that I've been needing to do but you know how it is when you get time off...you end up wasting a lot of it relaxing. 😪 Who knows what today is? I'll give you a hint: it involves shoes 👠 That's right..it's time for my shoes of the week post! So what awesome shoes have I found for you this week and where can you snag a pair?

Who doesn't love an awesome pair of sandals?! 😍 With summer finally here most of us will be practically living in them so it's time to get a little wild with our choices. You can never have too many pairs of sandals especially here in Texas where it stays hot at least 6-7 months out of the year so why not venture out of your comfort zone and snag a pair of colorful sandals or ones with fringe or tassels? Buy a fun pair of shoes and build your wardrobe around them. 🛍 I found the cutest pair of colorful pom pom sandals while scrolling through my polyvore app this morning and I knew I had to share these beauties with you. They are extremely unique and super cute but remember to either match one of the colors in the shoe or wear a neutral color when choosing an outfit to pair with them.  So how did I choose to style these fun shoes?

When deciding how to style these sandals I decided to show you two different examples. The first one is a pair of blue jean shorts with a yellow blouse. I chose this outfit because the yellow of the shirt matches the yellow coloring in the shoes and makes the yellow stand out. You can also do this with any of the other colors in the shoes if you don't care for yellow. This is the perfect outfit to wear on your next vacation or just to run around town doing errands. For my second example I went with a solid neutral colored dress so the shoes will pop! This is a great idea if you find it hard to perfectly match any of the colors in the shoes. Neutral colors will go with anything and help to make your awesome accessories stand out 👡 This is the perfect outfit for that lunch date with your friends or sweetie. To recreate these looks or just to snag a pair of these super cute sandals you can click on the polyvore link below...

Aren't these sandals amazingly different? Pom poms are super trending right now so owning a pair of these sandals would be pretty awesome. Do you like the outfits I chose to pair them with? How would you style them differently? I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions so leave me a comment and let me know what you think. I hope you enjoy the rest of your Monday and happy shopping💲💳

Red Lace Up Cami Dress

Happy Sunday everyone 😃 I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Mine was pretty awesome but I have to return to work later this evening so my weekend is officially over. On a happy note I only work four days this week and then I'm off for a four day weekend. Woohoo 😄 I'm super excited about that and hopefully this week goes by really fast. Did you see the dress I was wearing on Friday? I posted a sneak peek pic of the dress on my Facebook and Instagram and I've had some friends asking about the details so today is the day I'm sharing those with you 😆 Where did I get this beautiful dress and how much can you snag one for?

I saw this dress while shopping at Garage last weekend and I fell in love with it instantly. I initially thought the color was burnt orange but the tag says woodsy red so apparently it's a shade of red that is close to orange. Not that I'm complaining...the dress is gorgeous albeit red or orange, I love the way it fits me, and it was less than $50 🙄 The lace up front adds some spice to this beautiful summer dress and the cami straps make it cool enough to wear on a hot summer day 🌞  The material of this dress is really soft and silky but be careful getting it wet. It rained on me briefly and the raindrops caused the dress to look discolored until the water completely dried. So how did I style this lovely dress?

I wanted to be dressy yet comfortable so I decided to wear a cute pair of sandals from L'Patricia in the same exact color of the dress. This happened totally by accident which was pretty awesome. I've had these sandals for a few years and didn't realize they were going to match as great as they did until I got the dress home. Don't you love it when that happens?! It's almost as if it was meant to be 😉 This is the perfect outfit for strolling around town with your girlfriends and hitting up some shops. You can make the outfit more dressy by wearing a cute pair of wedges instead of the sandals and adding a cute cardigan or light blue jean jacket will be great for when you go inside to ward off the chill from the AC. Paris Print Top

Happy Friday🤗 The weekend is finally here and I don't know about you but I'm ready for it. It's been a rough week but it's time to clear my head and enjoy some much needed down time. I can't believe it's already June! Summer is finally here and now it's time to clear out any old photos lingering from springtime photoshoots still in my phone. If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram you know I'm always posting a selfie every time I wear a new outfit and promising to post the details of each outfit on the blog soon. Sometimes I have so many that I run out of time during each season since I don't post every day. So I decided to postpone today's blog post about father's day and instead post the final outfit from my spring wardrobe...yes there's only one left. What is this outfit and where can you get it?

I love the Paris theme that's being printed on everything from shirts to purses so naturally this adorable top caught my eye as I was digging through the racks at Ross. The tan and black coloring compliment my skin tone quite well and it makes me feel somewhat romantic and whimsical when I wear anything with the Paris design. The uneven hemline and the price tag of less than $10 were the deciding factors that made me make this purchase. I love shopping at Ross. There's always great deals to be found if you're just willing to do a little digging😉 Hopefully you can still find one of these tops at one of their many store locations all over the US. I'll link a similar one below just in case this particular one is no longer available. So how did I style this cute top?...

This shirt can be worn as either dressy or casual so I decided to go with the casual theme since I was going to be out and about running errands the day I wore it. I had just purchased a new pair of cropped skinny jeans from Rue 21 that are distressed and super casual so I went with those and a pair of black sandals that I got from Payless a while back. I highly recommend these jeans to everyone! They are super cute and extremely comfortable so they would be a great addition to everyone's wardrobe. I'll link them below for you...the shoes are no longer available online so I'll link a similar pair of those. If you want more of a dressy look you can always wear a cute skirt with wedges or a pair of heels with a different pair of skinny jeans. If you'd like to recreate my look you can click on the links below..

Do you like all the Paris printed items that are popping up everywhere? Would you wear it or carry it as a purse? How would you style this shirt differently? Casual or dressy? Tigress' Picks Of The Week

Happy Thursday everyone😃 This is my last night of work for the week and I'm super excited for this coming weekend. I get to do some shopping and spend some time with my sweetie so it's going to be a great weekend! What are your plans for the weekend? Are you planning on doing any shopping? If so I have found an awesome store for you! It's fairly new, totally in style, and not too expensive which is a huge plus with me. So what store am I talking about?

Garage
I know you're probably asking yourself what the heck is Garage?! I asked the same question when I saw this store for the first time on my last shopping trip. I had decided to go to a different mall than the one i normally go to and I happened upon this place by chance. I was actually excited when I saw it because I love shopping at new places and seeing all the pretty things they have to offer. I asked the salesperson how long they've been in business and according to her the company is from Canada with only a few stores in the states and this particular store has only been open for roughly 3 years. I was shocked that I'd never seen it before because I do come to this mall from time to time but I guess I just wasn't paying attention. The inside of the store is very neat and well organized but the dressing room could have more lighting. The salespeople were very friendly and helpful so overall it was a nice experience.  Garage carries juniors sizes so if you normally wear women's or misses just go up a size in this store. The pricing is average...not too cheap and not too expensive so shopping here won't break the bank💰 Now you're probably wondering what does this store have to offer...well I've picked 9 items that I absolutely love and wanted to share with you...

What's Trending Right Now At Garage
There were so many things to look at and I wanted to try on everything but I decided to narrow it down to 9 and give you an idea of what you will find when you shop here. The skinny jeans were super cute albeit a little pricey but I didn't like the way they fit me. All the shirts were cute and my favorite was the red and white striped one but in the end I didn't get any of them. Both of the rompers were adorable especially the OTS one but I told myself I could only buy one thing so I reluctantly put these back. The dresses were my absolute favorite especially the burnt orange one which is why it's the one that went home with me 😉 Overall the clothing was well made with good material and would be great additions to your wardrobe. I've linked everything below for you so you can get these items straight from the website or if you'd rather try them on you can look up the closest store to you and head up there for some hands on shopping which is my favorite❤

Gypsy print cami romper
Light pink OTS romper
Multi floral dress
Red dress
Red striped tank
Palm tree tank
Distressed skinny jeans
Patterned tank
Green crop tank

Aren't these items super cute? Which one is your favorite? How would you style them? I'd love to hear from you so leave me a comment with your thoughts and opinions. I hope you enjoy the rest of your week and remember the weekend is almost here 🤗 Happy Shopping 💲💳
